O broken world of sin and shame,

Love is waiting for you here.

A healing touch from nail pierced hands,

Where grace and mercy overflow.

Now take the path before your feet,

None so priceless, none so sweet,

Where captive hearts are finally free,

At the cross of Calvary

O weary heart with heavy load,

Come find compassions open arms.

With the humbled King your burden share

And renew your tired spirits strength.

Come take the path before your feet,

The road to freedom, rich and sweet.

Take refuge at the Savior's feet

Beneath the cross of Calvary

The Son of God and Son of Man,

God's perfect lamb our sacrifice.

Our sin and shame He gladly bears

And reconciles us to our King.

This path is paved before our feet

By perfect blood that's flowing free.

The pain, he bore for you and me

On the cross of Calvary.

With thankfulness I bow my heart

To the Risen Christ ,now glorified.

His mercy and compassion shown

When I least deserved His patient love.

I'll take the path before my feet.

Where atoning blood has set me free,

To worship Him, my Savior King,
